ABOUT NUMBER 14
Having spent a year completing an extensive refurbishment throughout at Number 14 Nicola and Nigel are delighted to offer three individually decorated rooms in their new Chambres d'hotes. This quiet retreat is a perfect getaway from the bustle of busy lives.
We are situated only 5 minutes from the N10, 35 minutes away from Poitiers Airport and 1 hour 20 minutes from Limoges airport, 3 hours 45 minutes from Caen Ferry Terminal, 4 hours 20 minutes from Le Havre Ferry Terminal, 6 hours from The Channel Tunnel. A great halfway stop from the UK to the South of France or Spain.
OUR ROOMS
Because we appreciate how important a good night's sleep is, we have tried to ensure that all our rooms have comfort at their core.
Our beds, linens and towels are all excellent quality and we hope you will agree with our previous
guests who have enjoyed a restful and relaxing stay with us. All our rooms are centrally heated for the colder winter nights and are all non smoking or vaping.
All rooms are provided with a hairdryer, slippers and
bathrobe for your use but if there is anything else you require, we are always on hand and hopefully can provide you with what you need. These rooms are for two people only, we can not accommodate children. Check In is from 3pm and Check Out is 10.30am

OUR SERVICE AND FACILITIES
Breakfast
We offer a full French breakfast which is included in your room rate and is served between 08.00 am and 09.30 am in our guest dining room.
Breakfast usually consists of, tea, coffee or hot chocolate, fruit juice, muesli /cereal, yogurt, a selection of fresh bread and pastries, fresh and dried fruit. We are also happy to cook boiled or scrambled eggs on request. In the summer months, guests are welcome to take breakfast in the garden.
Garden
The garden here at Number 14 is available for our guests use. We a seating area, both shaded and sunny, where you can relax. You may see our faithful old retainer, George the German Wirehaired Pointer, wandering around or keeping cool in a favourite shady spot. He is a very friendly dog who may come up and say hello, if you encourage him. If you would prefer not, please do let us know, neither we or he will be offended. Sadly, we are not able to accommodate guests pets of any description.
